Shipping to the rest of the world, we will calculate the postage according to your request.

We will dispatch your orders within 1-4 business days. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Germany: 1-3 working days

Cancellations

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us at service@16gen.com as soon as possible but within 24 hours after the order has been made. Once your order has shipped already, if you still cancel the order, please proceed according to returns. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Returns

We are happy to issue a refund for any unused item that is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. The return shipping fee will not be refunded unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.

To start a return, please contact us at service@16gen.com informing us of your intention to return articles from your order. Since everything is handled manually, the response time may not be very timely, but we will reply within 48 hours.

Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
